Sometimes I think about what my dreamhouse would be like. Here’s a list of what I think it would be like.

• Four distinct seasons.
• Faily rural. Neighbors are maybe a 10 minute bike ride away.
• Nice large outdoor space. It would be nice to do some living in the out of doors in the warmer months.
• Well water, power supplied or supplimented by solar and or wind.
• Space for a garden, beehive, orchard, maybe some chickens (yeah, it’s a little far fetched).
• Space for a studio/woodshop.
• Able to bike around safely.
• Not too far from civilization. Just far enough.
• A kitchen bigger than the ones I’ve had in NYC, but not massive.
